What we collect
If you contact us through this site's inquiry form, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the details of your inquiry.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, the site or flyer that brought you here, and similar usage data, collected with cookies or device identifiers. Google may combine this with data from other sites and services; how Google uses that data is described at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Usage data is kept for the period set in our analytics account and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. Given the nature of our work, we treat every inquiry as confidential. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes, and we never disclose who has contacted us.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by our website hosting provider (Netlify) to our private email. They are accessible to C.A.S.E. personnel handling your inquiry and, solely for the purpose of maintaining this site, to our website contractor under a written confidentiality agreement. We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond to and, if engaged, to serve you, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. Site usage data goes to Google (analytics), as described above.

Do Not Track. Because Google Analytics is in use, third-party tracking across sites may occur as described above. This site does not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals.
